A Great Victory for Mother Earth…………..

Hatchlings Return to Mumbai Beach after 20 Years.  I have good news  about a powerful connection among people who produced extraordinary results for Olive Ridley Sea Turtles and Mother Earth. The great event occurred at Versova Beach, in the Indian coastal city of Mumbai. A group of local volunteers working collectively against resistance via harassment and bureaucracy cleaned up a shore covered in ankle-deep trash and waste. The United Nations described the transformation as the world’s largest beach cleanup project ever. For the first time in 20 years, Olive Ridley Sea Turtles have hatched at Versova.   All species of turtles worldwide are threatened by human encroachment and pollution. Lawyer and conservationist Afroz Shah said “I had tears in my eyes when I saw them walking towards the ocean. This cleanup effort has resulted in a tremendous step forward for  the environment and quality of life in the area. This momentous accomplishment serves as an inspiration for all. This is proof that by connection and working together we can “tilt the world in a better direction.” I know that Mother Earth is quite pleased by this monumental step forward.  Your Buddy Genogeno website 1
