Conscious Jumping
Did you ever feel that you were consciously jumping into a dangerous situation or relationship as an exercise in learning? Confident in your ability to move through it to the other side. Using it as an opportunity to develop the internal sonar necessary to avoid and navigate around it in the future.Mistakes without judgement or remorse is how we learn. Now, here is the essential part of conscious jumping. When we keep repeating the same mistakes our internal warning flare needs to be released. This prevents us from repeating misstep that can easily morph into destructive patterns and behaviors. It is just that simple.
