Fear of change and the unknown contribute to the condition. The simple act of stretching out our arm and extending our hand to others starts our body moving. By making the choice to embrace difference we increase our opportunity to reach out. Soon forward movement becomes an everyday occurrence. New connections provide us with a link to new ideas. Being open to new ideas naturally neutralizes fear of change and the unknown.
