The Breeding & Keeping Sea Mammals. Banned in Canada.

Canada’s Parliament passed legislation banning the practice of breeding and keeping whales, dolphins and porpoises in captivity. Violations are punishable by fines of up to $150,000.  The legislation especially impacts amusement parks and zoos. Thank you Canada for titling the world in a better direction.
