I have come to the conclusion. Flexibility is really a condition of the mind that affects the body. We lose flexibility by practicing rigid thinking. Fear of change and the unknown are the major factors that accelerate the loss of flexibility. By choosing to reach out and extend our hand to another our body remains in a forward moving motion.This simple action launches the dynamic of discovery and connection. Through new connections we become exposed to new and different ideas. Being open to new and different ideas neutralizes fear of the unknown and change. Change becomes a natural force that keeps our mind and body well lubricated and continually moving forward. It is just that simple.When you start to think outside the box……………………..
