Invincible City (IC) is reversing the forces that prevent healthy, affordable food and groceries options for people who live in low income marginalized communities. Under their model people no longer have to pay high prices for healthy foods, travel miles on public transportation or eat food items that contribute to high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and other diet related illnesses. Their model includes job training, education, opening local food markets, and community economic development. Invincible City‘s Online Supermarket and Food Club Membership enables people to purchase healthy foods and groceries delivered to their home or a convenient location in their community. The online supermarket is open for delivery six days a week. IC is a community based nonprofit organization.
