Lately a strategy from my childhood has captured my thoughts. It is a call to action,“Don’t Get Angry=Get Even”. A powerful strategy that prevents us from becoming stuck in the revolving door of anger. A behavior that stops anger from escalating into violence, revenge and destruction. A strategy that motivates us to move above our emotions into our head to formulate a plan of action. The only thing anger produces is more anger. So take a step back.
