Whales actively practice the behaviors of inclusion. It is the strategy they use to keep their community bond strong. Whales continually work to discover new and better ways to communicate with one another. Their communication patterns and songs are continually evolving. Whales never repeat old patterns. In the Atlantic and Pacific oceans whales sing the same song. When a new verse is added by a whale all the other whales immediately start singing it. Now here is the really cool part. Whales that dwell in the different oceans of the world sing entirely different songs. Yet, as whales swim the depths of the different oceans. They actively seek to discover and adopt a common pitch to bond with whales from different oceans. We can learn valuable lessons from Whales. Especially, how to find a common pitch that keeps us connected. Now that’s power. It is just that simple.margiesdaughter.com
