I often think of mutual respect and powerful life lessons taught to me by my Mother. I was raised to see similarities and respects differences. I was taught you have to give respect to receive respect. I practice My Mother’s golden rule. “If you do not have something nice to say about another person. Say nothing at all.” I learned that mutual respect builds connections, establishes trust, defuses conflicts, resolves differences and produces successful outcomes.
