Lately a strategy from childhood has captured my thoughts. It was a call to action,“Don’t Get Angry=Get Even”. A strategy that moved us above our emotions into our head to formulate a plan of action. A choice that prevented us from getting stuck in the revolving door of anger. Move above your emotions. Transform anger into a plan of action. A strategy that produces positive results in all areas of our life. It is just that simple.
